DELIVERIES - GENERAL TERMS OF DELIVERY
Only establishments based in the UK are able to receive orders from sgworldshop.com. We do not ship internationally from this website. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK please contact customer services orders@sgworld.com or call 01270 588 211.
Due to handing costs, we cannot accept any orders under £20 (excludes shipping).
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of the goods if they are incomplete or incorrect and you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of our invoice if the goods have not been delivered.
We shall be entitled to deliver the goods in one or more instalments.
For parcels that weigh in excess of 25kg, we reserve the right to add a surcharge depending on the weight of the shipment.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
All items will be delivered by ANC courier directly to the address you have stated as your delivery address.
DELIVERY TIMES
Dependant on the delivery service chosen, the normal delivery time is 1-4 days. The delivery time for an ‘A’ service is 1-2 working days.
The normal delivery time for a ‘B’ service is 2-4 working days.
Delivery times are Monday - Friday (except public holidays) 08.30 to 17.00.
Working hours are 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Orders for stock items received over weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will be dispatched on the same day providing the order is for stock items and is placed before 1pm (GMT).
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - OUR RULES
According to British law, you have the right to return goods within 28 days of receiving them. Returned items should not have been damaged and should be returned unused in good condition.
When returning or exchanging an article you are liable for the cost of the return delivery. However, if there is an inquiry concerning damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by SG World, we will reimburse you for the return delivery cost.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact SG World on 01270 588 211 or email orders@sgworld.com detailing the reason for the return, your order number, and which items you wish to return.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, you will need to advise us by phone (01270 588 211) or e-mail (orders@sgworld.com) as soon as possible. If the goods have already been dispatched we will arrange collection before crediting the amount accordingly. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will credit your payment and cancel the order.
OTHER GENERAL TERMS - PRICE CHANGES
SG World reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time of making an order is valid throughout that buying process.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
SG World reserves the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information or on our catalogue and web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colours with 100% accuracy.
